The Fund for York County is your community's endowment - it's the source of funding that provides opportunities for everyone to thrive now, and into the future. We create these opportunities by sharing the greatest community needs and by focusing our grant making on meeting those needs. Our efforts are collaborative and focused on long-term solutions to the root causes of our community’s needs. More than 150 volunteers from the community make decisions about which programs receive funding with guidance from YCCF.

We thank YCCF's retiring President & CEO Jane Conover for this focused, strategic grantmaking approach. Jane started her career with the foundation in 2010 as the Vice President of Grantmaking. Over the past 13 years, Jane has helped award more than $62.8 million to thousands of nonprofit organizations and helped change lives and shape our community. In 2022 alone, nearly 55,000 of your fellow York Countians have had their lives impacted by a grant from the Fund for York County. These efforts benefit us all.

But in order to continue addressing these critical needs, we require your support.

A gift to your community's endowment allows you to be part of the transformative work happening now, next year, and long into the future.

For 2023, you may include a note of gratitude to Jane for all she has done for our community. We also ask that you consider making a contribution in her honor to our community fund through the Jane M. Conover Fund for York County.
